Yesterday the kids took a day trip to Ft. Collins with Grandpa Mann to get fish for the pond and eat lunch at one of our favorite joints--Big City Burrito.
I had been wanting to take a peek at their chairs since redoing my dining room table. I thought I'd just paint the old chairs to match the table, but it wasn't working out the way I'd hoped. When I saw the "ingolf" chair in white, I knew I needed to give it a shot. And at $60 a chair I decided to get the bar stools to match. Unfortunately they only had one, so I will be making a trip up on Friday to get the other 3.

While browsing the showroom, we caught a glimpse of what Nana's future apartment could look like. So we took a snapshot of the floor plan for our builder to see when we are ready!
I also ended up with a new storage container for the dog's food. I saw this on Pinterest,
and knew that one day I would find something similar. I had seen one a HomeGoods a week or two ago, but the color wasn't my cup of tea. I contemplated spray painting it, but with all my other paint projects that need to get done, I decided against it. When I saw the white one at Ikea, I new it was meant to be!
